What you will do

• Handle premium audits for dedicated AAD customers.
• Identify necessary information and prepare schedules to maximize time efficiency during audits.
• Coordinate with insured parties via phone, email, and mail to set up appointments and request records.
• Examine policyholder records to determine correct business activity classifications and describe operations.
• Prepare complete audit documents based on SOPs and client requirements.
• Maintain minimum billable requirements and professional representation of the company.

Requirements

• Minimum 3+ years of premium auditing experience, with physical audit experience preferred.
• Experience auditing Workers Compensation (WC), General Liability (GL), and GARL policies.
• Ability to read, analyze, and interpret complex financial documents.
• Moderate proficiency in Excel, including pivot tables, AutoSum, and basic formulas.
• Capability to handle complex audits involving multiple entities, record systems, and locations.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business or Accounting preferred (experience in bookkeeping or commercial insurance considered).
