What you will do

• Conduct local financial and operational audits, including planning, scope development, and risk assessment.
• Execute and document tests of controls to assess design and operating effectiveness.
• Prepare clear audit reports and communicate findings and recommendations to local management.
• Evaluate results from Management’s Control Self-Assessment (CSA) and perform re-testing as needed.
• Provide training and guidance to SBU testers on SOX compliance and testing standards.
• Monitor the remediation status of audit findings and internal control deficiencies.

Requirements

• Must be based in Dayton, OH
• Three to five years of experience in internal or external auditing.
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Engineering, or Business Administration.
• Strong analytical abilities and attention to detail.
• Proficiency in Excel and ability to work independently within a global team.
• Must have legal authorization to work in the US

Nice to have

• Experience with Power BI, SAP, and AI tools.
• Professional certifications such as CIA, CPA, or CISA.
