What you will do

• Review and voucher vendor invoices, matching them with purchase orders and packing slips while resolving discrepancies.
• Reconcile and post accounts payable batches and manage expense reports for field service jobs.
• Process and voucher weekly UPS billings and LTL freight invoices across multi-site systems.
• Handle multi-site utility invoices and coordinate transactions with the purchasing department.
• Manage the electronic filing of AP documents and coordinate authorized signatures on checks.
• Support month-end and year-end closing processes and facilitate various financial audits.

Requirements

• Must be based in or able to work on-site in Fremont, California.
• High School Diploma or GED.
• 2+ years of administrative support experience in an accounting-related role within manufacturing or industrial environments.
• Strong understanding of GAAP and its application within the Accounts Payable function.
• Proficiency in ERP systems (e.g., Infor SyteLine, SAP, Oracle, NetSuite).
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office applications.

• 2+ years of progressive accounting experience specifically focused on Accounts Payable processes.
