What you will do

• Author, implement, and audit site-specific Project Safety Plans and strategic operational roadmaps.
• Partner with project directors and engineering leads to analyze high-risk variables and deploy hazard prevention strategies.
• Direct rigorous daily jobsite safety audits and aggressively enforce corrective actions for subcontractors.
• Lead advanced incident and near-miss investigations and formulate objective forensic findings.
• Compile high-level weekly safety dossiers and analyze Total Case Incident Rates (TCIR) for executives.
• Provide senior-level safety coaching and operational mentorship to onsite coordinators and supervisors.

Requirements

• Minimum 10 years of dedicated construction safety (EHS) experience.
• Minimum 5 years of active EHS experience specifically within utility-scale solar, battery storage, or wind infrastructure.
• Must be based in or able to work onsite in Dateland, USA.
• Valid OSHA 30-Hour Construction certification and active CPR/First Aid certification.
• Valid state-issued driver’s license with a satisfactory driving record.
• Must possess at least two of the following: CSP credential, CHST credential, an EHS-related degree, or 10+ years of experience as an EHS Supervisor/Manager.

Nice to have

• Bachelor’s degree in EHS, Construction Management, Engineering, or a related technical discipline.
• Trainer designation for CPR/First Aid certification.
