What you will do

• Serve as the Technical SME for Momentum performance testing initiatives.
• Design, develop, and maintain automated performance testing frameworks aligned with enterprise standards.
• Lead the development of automated solutions leveraging various software development languages and tools.
• Mentor and coach performance testing developers and analysts to ensure high-quality delivery.
• Integrate automation tools with CI/CD pipelines such as Jenkins and GitHub to enable continuous testing.
• Manage test environment connectivity, data dependencies, and tool access for technical teams.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree with 8+ years or Master's degree with 6+ years of software engineering experience.
• Hands-on technical experience with Momentum Financials and its implementation in cloud-based environments.
• Proficiency with Oracle Databases and expert-level SQL and PL/SQL development.
• Proficiency in scripting languages such as Groovy, Java, Perl, Bash, or PowerShell.
• Experience with CI/CD tools (e.g., Jenkins) and version control systems (e.g., GitHub).
• Ability to obtain a public trust clearance and experience supporting federal agencies.

Nice to have

• Experience working with RedHat OpenShift.
• Experience testing financial systems, ERP modules, or similar enterprise applications.
• Previous experience with the Department of Veterans Affairs.
