What you will do
- Act as the primary advisor to the EMEA VP on end-to-end Go-To-Market (GTM) operations.
- Perform strategic product, market, and customer analyses to identify new growth drivers and opportunities.
- Support annual planning cycles, including goaling, coverage model revisions, and territory design.
- Define and manage key performance indicators (KPIs) across various segments and geographies.
- Drive continuous improvement through weekly forecast reviews and monthly/quarterly GTM business reviews.
- Collaborate with sales, finance, and marketing stakeholders to design strategic projects that increase operational efficiency.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in analytical roles such as Sales Operations, Business Operations, or Management Consulting.
- Expert proficiency in financial modeling and analyzing complex, large data sets.
- Outstanding written and oral communication skills.
- Proven track record of collaborating with cross-functional partners to lead transformation and growth.
- Must be based in or able to work hybrid in London, UK.
Nice to have
- 2+ years of experience at a top-tier Management or Strategy Consulting firm.
- Experience in Corporate Strategy or Sales Strategy within a high-growth SaaS or B2B organization.
- Fluency with GTM metrics including CAC, LTV, ROI, and Conversion Ratios.
- Working knowledge of SFDC Reporting and Record Management.
- Prior experience managing relationships with global sales leaders.
