What you will do

• Configure examination session data in accordance with regulatory and contractual deadlines.
• Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and operational readiness for system changes.
• Provide technical and operational support to schools and students globally.
• Monitor session activities to ensure the timely delivery of results.
• Maintain accurate records of digital examination delivery, incidents, and stakeholder interactions.
• Contrhirify.globalute to continuous process improvement and post-examination analysis.

Requirements

• Degree or equivalent relevant work experience.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
• Experience working with digital systems and platforms in an operational context.
• Must be able to work flexhirify.globally across time zones and occasionally on weekends during peak examination periods (April, May, October, November).
• Must be available for on-call support outside normal working hours during examination weeks.
