What you will do

• Set and drive the strategy for post-purchase operations in partnership with Product, Engineering, and Operations.
• Translate operational data and user interactions into priorities, roadmaps, and initiatives.
• Lead complex, cross-functional initiatives from problem definition through execution.
• Design and implement scalable processes, systems, and operating models to support growth.
• Act as a strategic thought partner to senior leaders, providing data-driven recommendations.
• Continuously assess operational performance to improve efficiency, resilience, and user experience.

Requirements

• 8-10 years of experience in strategy and operations roles, such as consulting, finance, or general management.
• Proven experience executing strategies that drive scalable, high-quality operations in ambiguous environments.
• Strong analytical judgment with the ability to synthesize quantitative and qualitative insights.
• Demonstrated success leading large, cross-functional initiatives from concept to execution.
• Ability to identify operational inefficiencies and design scalable systems for long-term growth.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills to influence senior leadership.

Nice to have

• Proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools.
• Experience with SQL and analytics platforms like Looker, Sigma, or Hex.
