What you will do

• Own the HubSpot architecture, including workflows, data hygiene, and reporting.
• Manage and optimize the sales tech stack, driving adoption and process improvements.
• Pull and analyze data for forecasting and pipeline reviews to identify gaps.
• Build and ship automations using AI tools like n8n, Make, and Claude to reduce manual work.
• Onboard new commercial hires on the sales stack and internal processes.
• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Customer teams to ensure data-driven success.

Requirements

• Proven experience building or owning GTM infrastructure, systems, or reporting.
• Hands-on experience with HubSpot or similar CRM tooling.
• Strong data analysis skills with spreadsheet fluency.
• Experience building workflows with AI tools like Claude, ChatGPT, n8n, or Make.
• Strong stakeholder collaboration skills across commercial teams.
• Must be comfortable working in a fast-paced, ambiguous startup environment.

Nice to have

• SQL or Python experience.
• Experience with Gong, Salesloft, or similar sales tooling.
• Background in a scaling B2B SaaS business.
