What you will do

• Perform preventive maintenance tasks per schedule to minimize breakdowns and operational downtime.
• Investigate line stoppages and equipment breakdowns using root-cause analysis in collaboration with stakeholders.
• Repair and maintain industrial production machinery, including inspection, assembly, disassembly, and replacement.
• Diagnose malfunctions using mechanical devices and evaluate machinery operation.
• Manage work orders and spare parts tracking within the computerized maintenance documentation program.
• Ensure all equipment conforms to operational and safety performance standards.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum of 2-4 years of experience in a heavy industrial or manufacturing environment.
• Ability to participate in on-call rotations.
• Physical ability to lift 50lbs, climb, and work in confined spaces or at heights.
• Qualification to wear a full-face respirator and ability to work in various weather conditions.
