What you will do

• Execute planned and reactive maintenance tasks according to CMMS instructions.
• Perform advanced condition monitoring using vibration, ultrasonic, infrared, and oil analysis.
• Support root cause analyses (RCA) and implement preventive actions to improve asset uptime.
• Maintain and repair industrial mixing equipment and pneumatic packaging systems.
• Troubleshoot motor-driven systems and perform basic PLC fault diagnostics.
• Drive waste reduction and cost savings by applying Lean principles.

Requirements

• 7+ years of maintenance experience in an industrial setting.
• CMRT certification or equivalent demonstrated competency.
• Working knowledge of RCM and CMMS documentation standards.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Authorization to work in the U.S.

Nice to have

• Technical degree or apprenticeship in a mechanical or maintenance field.
• Certification or formal training in predictive maintenance techniques.
• Proven track record of implementing Lean improvements to reduce downtime.
• Experience working in electrically rated/classified environments.
• Bilingual communication skills in Spanish and English.
