Product Engineer (Fullstack): Building and evolving a system-wide communication platform for the NHS with an accent on end-to-end feature ownership and clinical safety. Location: Must be based in London or able to commute to the Shoreditch office 3 days a week

Salary: £115,000 – £135,000 + £50,000 share options

What you will do

• Own features end-to-end from problem refinement with clinicians to architecture, implementation, and rollout.
• Engage directly with NHS staff and patients through research and practice visits to understand real-world problems.
• Design robust architecture and API boundaries that consider the broader system health.
• Maintain a high quality bar ensuring products are reliable, intuitive, and safe for clinical use.
• Collaborate with Product, Design, and Clinical teams to shape the product roadmap.
• Manage technical debt pragmatically while shipping new features.

Requirements

• Must be able to work from the Shoreditch office 3 days a week.
• Proven ability to build production software across the stack using C#, TypeScript, and React.
• Strong system reasoning skills with the ability to break down ambiguous problems into tractable pieces.
• Experience managing trade-offs and second-order effects in complex systems.
• Critical mindset toward AI-generated output and technical debt.
• Strong expertise in at least one domain with the ability to debug and improve real-world systems.

Nice to have

• Curiosity about AI tools and experience experimenting with them to enhance development workflows.
• Experience in healthcare or clinical software environments.
