What you will do

• Own the end-to-end development of complex systems and core business features.
• Drive the architectural vision for key features and contribute to the technical roadmap.
• Champion engineering excellence through clean code, rigorous code reviews, and automated testing.
• Lead and mentor other engineers to foster a culture of continuous learning.
• Translate complex projects into clear, executable tasks within an Agile framework.
• Actively contribute to the wider engineering community via documentation and workshops.

Requirements

• Significant hands-on experience developing software in an agile environment.
• Expertise in designing scalable microservices using Node.js, Python, and TypeScript.
• Experience with cloud platforms (GCP, AWS), containerization (Docker, Kubernetes), and CI/CD.
• Proficiency in modern frontend frameworks such as React.js and/or React Native.
• Proven ability to lead technical initiatives and mentor other engineers.
• Must have the right to work in the UK; the company is unable to offer sponsorship.
