What you will do

• Deploy to production from day one and own significant product surface area.
• Manage the full lifecycle of features, from customer discovery and specification to development and shipping.
• Design and build end-to-end user workflows, including UI, backend logic, and data models.
• Integrate AI-powered features, such as LLMs and agents, into customer-facing products.
• Collaborate directly with non-technical domain experts to translate messy processes into intuitive software.

Requirements

• Strong experience with TypeScript and modern frontend frameworks like React.
• Proficiency in building backend services using Python.
• Proven experience integrating AI systems into production environments.
• Ability to reason about complex workflows beyond simple CRUD operations.
• Comfortable engaging directly with customers and non-technical stakeholders.
• Must be able to work on-site in London (relocation and visa sponsorship available).
