What you will do

• Join customer calls to identify and scope real requirements for enterprise clients.
• Design and ship LLM-powered features to production, including robust evaluation harnesses.
• Build custom integrations and workflow automations to replace manual client processes.
• Make product decisions under uncertainty, balancing speed with correctness.
• Think adversarially to cover edge cases and ensure system reliability.
• Build reusable primitives and scaffolds for future product engineers.

Requirements

• Must have existing right to work in the UK or EU.
• Must be based in London for regular in-person office days.
• Fluency in at least one backend language (TypeScript/Node or Python) and comfort with frontend development.
• Proven experience shipping LLM features to production.
• Strong product instinct with a hands-on approach to building and scoping.
• Demonstrable experience building side projects or open-source contributions.

Nice to have

• Experience in creator economy, influencer marketing, or social platforms.
• Background in FDE, Solutions Engineering, or Deployed Engineer roles.
• Startup experience at a scaling company.
