What you will do

• Design and maintain scalable, secure agent-driven services using modern AI frameworks.
• Develop robust infrastructure and high-throughput APIs for agent capabilities like memory, decision logic, and workflow management.
• Integrate agent systems with backend services, vector databases, and external APIs.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate complex agent use cases into production-ready software.
• Ensure reliability, monitoring, and observability for all agent components.
• Contribute to architectural design and participate in rigorous code reviews.

Requirements

• 3+ years of professional software engineering experience with strong proficiency in Python.
• Experience building distributed systems, microservices, or complex backend APIs supporting AI workflows.
• Expertise in integrating AI models, agent frameworks, and vector databases.
• Understanding of agent orchestration patterns, state management, and asynchronous workflows.
• Experience with cloud platforms, containerization (Docker, Kubernetes), and CI/CD pipelines.
• Proficiency in frontend technologies (React, TypeScript) for agent management interfaces.

Nice to have

• Experience with native agentic coding tools like Cursor or Claude Code.
• Past work on AI agents coordinating multi-step actions or autonomous decision-making.
• Contributions to open-source agent toolkits or SDKs.
