Location: London, UK. Must be based in or within commutable distance of London and eligible to work in the UK (no sponsorship provided). Hybrid (2 days in office per week).

Salary: £49,407 - £59,288 per year

What you will do

• Collaborate within a cross-functional squad with engineers, QA, and product managers to deliver high-impact features.
• Write clean, maintainable code using React, TypeScript, NodeJS, and Python.
• Contribute to feature development, bug fixing, and general platform improvements.
• Participate in code reviews and maintain technical documentation.
• Test and debug code to ensure stability and performance of the core digital platform.
• Contribute to sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives in an Agile environment.

Requirements

• Proficiency in at least one modern programming language such as JavaScript/TypeScript or Python.
• Strong understanding of web development concepts and frameworks like React or NodeJS.
• Must be legally eligible to work in the UK; sponsorship is not available.
• Must live within a commutable distance of the London office.
• Comfortable with a hybrid work model (minimum 2 days per week in office).
• Motivation to support sustainability and climate impact.

Nice to have

• Experience with AI tools and systems.
• Exposure to Agile working environments.
• Knowledge of cloud-based development (e.g., Azure) and CI/CD practices.
