What you will do

• Develop and execute a testing roadmap, including A/B and multivariate tests, to optimize website elements and user journeys.
• Analyze test results and digital performance using tools like GA4 and Contentsquare to provide actionable insights.
• Collaborate with UX/UI designers, developers, and marketing teams to implement user-friendly design principles.
• Manage relationships with third-party vendors to support the experimentation agenda.
• Monitor competitor websites and industry trends to identify opportunities for innovation and differentiation.
• Communicate performance metrics and testing progress to internal stakeholders.

Requirements

• Proven experience in designing and executing conversion optimization tests.
• Strong practical understanding of web technologies, including HTML and JavaScript.
• Proficiency with optimization platforms (e.g., Optimizely, Webtrends Optimize) and analytics tools (e.g., GA4, Contentsquare).
• Experience with Google Tag Manager and advanced Excel skills.
• Ability to work effectively both independently and within a team.
• Must be able to work from the London office at least 50% of the time.
