What you will do

• Analyze business situations and define evidence-based recommendations in collaboration with global stakeholders.
• Elicit, document, and manage functional and non-functional requirements across the full delivery lifecycle.
• Develop and maintain business, process, and data models to support solution design and decision-making.
• Define acceptance criteria and support solution validation and testing activities.
• Facilitate workshops and manage relationships with stakeholders across various teams and geographies.
• Identify opportunities to streamline, standardize, and enhance business processes and ways of working.

Requirements

• Demonstrable experience as a Business Analyst in both agile and waterfall delivery environments.
• Strong proficiency in requirements definition, process mapping, and creating structured analysis outputs.
• Ability to create and interpret process models for stakeholders with varying technical levels.
• Proven ability to engage and influence stakeholders across different teams and regions.
• Must be based in London for a hybrid working model.
• Clear written and verbal communication skills for explaining complex concepts to non-technical audiences.

Nice to have

• Professional Business Analysis qualification (e.g., BCS, IIBA).
• Experience with Salesforce or enterprise publishing and fulfillment systems.
• Background in publishing, media, or digital content workflows.
