What you will do
- Understand and map business processes to ensure effective requirements capture for requested business changes.
- Translate business requirements into terminology that is clearly understandable for both business stakeholders and IT teams.
- Collaborate with stakeholders at all levels to conduct investigations for process optimization and feasibility studies.
- Adopt and adapt appropriate business analysis methods, utilizing both predictive (plan-driven) and adaptive (agile) approaches.
- Perform root-cause analysis to identify and implement optimizations for business processes.
- Own and lead User Acceptance Testing (UAT), including planning, coordination, defect triage, and final business sign-off.
Requirements
- 3-5 years of experience as a Business Analyst within a regulated environment.
- Proficiency in Business Analysis and Process Improvement techniques, including Information Modelling and Appraisal Techniques.
- Demonstrable experience in managing the full UAT lifecycle, from planning to defect management.
- Proficiency in Lean Six Sigma methodologies and their practical application.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder engagement capabilities.
- Knowledge of regulatory requirements relevant to Regulatory Services.
