What you will do

• Prepare and maintain monthly and daily work schedules for studio employees.
• Manage shift exchange requests and process time-off requests with high accuracy.
• Ensure new employees are properly credentialed and added to shift rotations.
• Administer uniform distribution and maintain accurate inventory records.
• Verify schedule calculations for payroll processing and update employee status changes.
• Prepare workforce management reports and presentations for Studio Leadership.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Must be able to obtain a Michigan Gaming Occupational License.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Proficiency in MS Office, specifically Excel and PowerPoint.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• High level of attention to detail and analytical thinking.
