What you will do

• Define and maintain the E2E governance framework, procedures, and workflows for IRIDE system operations.
• Establish and monitor system-level KPIs and SLA compliance through real-time tracking and reporting.
• Coordinate governance activities and manage roles and responsibilities across internal and external stakeholders.
• Analyze mission objectives and operational concepts to define downloading scenarios and operational constraints.
• Develop and maintain Service Management Plans and technical governance documentation.
• Perform mission capability and impact assessments to support technical decision-making and budgeting.

Requirements

• Master’s degree in Aerospace Engineering, Systems Engineering, Telecommunications, Computer Science, or a related field.
• At least 7 years of relevant experience in complex system governance or aerospace operations.
• Proven experience with KPI/SLA definition and operational performance monitoring.
• Eligible to live and work in the EU.
• Fluency in English (written and spoken).
• Ability to undergo and pass a general security screening.
