What you will do

• Represent the organization and build strong relationships with the PRA to deliver the Group’s Regulatory Strategy.
• Provide credible advice and assurance on core compliance and regulatory obligations to business areas.
• Prepare briefings, MI, and reports for senior management and the Board on key regulatory topics.
• Interpret new and existing regulations to anticipate their impact on the Group’s business strategy.
• Collaborate with key business areas to support the proactive management of regulatory engagements.
• Contribute to the identification and assessment of regulatory and compliance risks.

Requirements

• Good base-level knowledge of the PRA’s approach to banking supervision.
• Proven track record of strategic regulatory briefing and producing executive-level documentation.
• Strong ability to influence and build trusted partnerships with internal and external stakeholders.
• Understanding of high-level business strategy and emerging regulatory expectations.
• Excellent communication skills for audiences at all levels.

Nice to have

• Previous experience working with or at the PRA/Regulator.
• Thorough understanding of the regulatory environment and its implications for the Group.
