What you will do

• Lead security and compliance initiatives for sovereign cloud and enterprise-grade cloud offerings.
• Design and implement scalable automation solutions to improve security operations and product security maturity.
• Drive technical discussions across engineering, product, compliance, and audit teams to align on security objectives.
• Support secure software development and the integration of open-source projects.
• Analyze risks and ensure alignment with frameworks such as NIST 800-53, ISO 27001, and PCI DSS.
• Mentor junior team members and foster a culture of technical excellence.

Requirements

• Proven experience developing secure software solutions using Go and Python.
• Strong expertise in cloud security principles and securing hybrid-cloud environments.
• Hands-on experience with Kubernetes, OpenShift, Podman, or similar container technologies.
• Strong understanding of risk management and compliance frameworks (NIST, PCI DSS, ISO).
• Must be located in the United Kingdom.
• Ability to work independently within remote and globally distributed teams.
