What you will do

• Execute Live Ops strategy and events for an RPG product, focusing on high-quality implementation.
• Implement roadmap content, including offers, storefronts, events, and social modes.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Game Design, Product, Analytics, and Engineering to ensure engaging content delivery.
• Measure and evaluate event performance in relation to sales and market trends to optimize KPIs.
• Perform competitor analysis and stay updated with industry benchmarks and emerging best practices.
• Provide front-line support in diagnosing and fixing data-side live issues.

Requirements

• Proven track record of delivering data-side content updates on market-leading products, preferably RPGs.
• Experience with A/B testing initiatives to maximize feature KPIs.
• Basic understanding of mobile KPI metrics.
• Strong Excel/spreadsheet skills and familiarity with analytics and Live Ops tooling.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for effective cross-functional coordination.
• Availability to support Live Operations needs, including occasional weekend or after-hours coverage.
