Salary: $80,000 – $97,000

hirify.global is a sports technology company and a leading platform for Daily Fantasy Sports in North America.

What you will do

  • Lead complex scheduling and resource allocation to maximize team coverage and output.
  • Standardize and scale end-to-end workflows to improve departmental efficiency.
  • Provide dedicated mentorship and performance management for direct reports.
  • Oversee core pre-match operations and align risk mitigation strategies with Trading and Optimization teams.
  • Collaborate with senior leadership to execute market expansion and Trading Data Platform initiatives.
  • Resolve complex operational issues within time-sensitive environments.

Requirements

  • Must be authorized to work for any employer in the U.S. (no visa sponsorship available).
  • 5+ years of experience in Sports Gaming, Daily Fantasy Sports (DFS), or Financial Trading.
  • 1-2 years of experience in a dedicated people-management or high-level supervisory role.
  • Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative field such as Statistics, Finance, Engineering, or Analytics.
  • Strong mathematical and analytical skills to translate data into operational strategies.
  • Availability to work nights and weekends as a leader when required.
