What you will do

• Facilitate development operations for game pods to ensure timely delivery of goals, deadlines, and milestones.
• Build and maintain project plans, schedules, and roadmaps while managing dependencies across multiple teams.
• Proactively identify and resolve potential roadblocks and propose solutions for the team.
• Handle multiple production needs, prioritizing tasks and maintaining communication via Slack, email, and documentation.
• Provide transparency on project status and risks to stakeholders and project leads.
• Support team production needs including planning, scheduling, task tracking, and bug triage.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in a production role managing cross-functional teams for complex projects.
• Deep understanding of game development, software development processes, and project management practices.
• Strong organizational skills and high attention to detail.
• Demonstrated technical aptitude, with a strong preference for candidates with game development experience.
• Ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders at varying levels across the company.
• Ability to drive high-velocity development cycles and adapt to ambiguous, dynamic environments.
