What you will do

• Lead teams in game development while adhering to defined frameworks, deadlines, and budgets.
• Manage day-to-day operations and communicate with game management to ensure milestones are met.
• Collaborate with the Producer to identify sprints and quarterly goals.
• Perform regular risk analyses and develop effective mitigation plans.
• Ensure alignment between product vision, execution priorities, and actual team capacity.
• Guide and manage Project Managers and Team Leads to achieve their objectives.

Requirements

• Must be based in Montreal, QC (Hybrid)
• Experience as an Associate Producer managing a game from pre-production to launch.
• Minimum 8 years of experience in the video game industry, including 5+ years in game production.
• Minimum 3 years of experience managing project managers and/or team leads.
• Proven track record of shipping at least one game or working on a live game.
• Proficiency in data-driven workload vs. capacity evaluation.
