hirify.global is an independent game studio developing the unique social roleplay game OneState.

What you will do

  • Drive revenue and engagement KPIs via in-game events, promotions, and LiveOps initiatives.
  • Plan and operate the LiveOps calendar, including regional activities.
  • Analyze player behavior and monetization funnels to identify growth opportunities.
  • Develop and test monetization hypotheses and evaluate launch results.
  • Collaborate with Game Design, Product, Analytics, and Development teams.
  • Handle in-game incidents, bugs, and player compensations.

Requirements

  • Understanding of Free-to-Play (F2P) game principles and monetization systems.
  • Knowledge of key product metrics such as ARPU, ARPPU, MAU/DAU, and conversion rates.
  • Proficiency with Excel or Google Sheets for data analysis.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to identify patterns in data.
  • Native Russian language proficiency.
  • Interest in gaming, specifically F2P and MMO titles.
