What you will do
- Lead strategic business development initiatives to support the growth of the digital games portfolio.
- Manage high-value external relationships with developers, platforms, licensors, and technology partners.
- Identify and evaluate growth opportunities across mobile, cross-platform, and emerging digital segments.
- Lead cross-functional alignment on deal terms, business models, and execution plans with legal, finance, and product teams.
- Analyze market trends, player behavior, and platform opportunities to inform strategic recommendations.
- Represent the studio at industry events and conferences to expand the strategic network.
Requirements
- 5+ years of professional experience in mobile games, gaming, or interactive entertainment.
- Proven ability to independently manage complex partnership discussions and drive initiatives from strategy to execution.
- Strong understanding of mobile game publishing, platform ecosystems, monetization, and user acquisition.
- Demonstrated experience in negotiation and structuring strategic partnership agreements.
- Strong quantitative and analytical skills with experience building business cases and financial models.
- BA/BS degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
