What you will do

• Lead consultative discovery workshops to align technical capabilities with business outcomes.
• Drive proof-of-value engagements to demonstrate operational gains and automation benefits.
• Architect solutions spanning network observability, telemetry analytics, and API-driven workflows.
• Build trusted advisor relationships with technical teams and executive stakeholders.
• Enable channel partners by strengthening their technical positioning and engagement capabilities.
• Influence product roadmap by contributing customer insights and competitive intelligence.

Requirements

• Deep expertise in enterprise networking including routing, switching, security, and hybrid cloud environments.
• Strong background in observability and telemetry platforms like NetFlow, IPFIX, and streaming telemetry.
• Experience with infrastructure automation, API-driven workflows, and Infrastructure-as-Code tools.
• Proven ability to lead consultative sales cycles and translate technical depth into business value.
• Experience collaborating across cross-functional teams including Product, Engineering, and Sales.
• Degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or equivalent practical experience.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with AI-assisted operations and infrastructure intelligence.
• Relevant certifications such as CCNP or CCIE.
• Experience with DHCP/DNS enterprise architectures.
