What you will do

• Lead the design, development, and optimization of industrial systems to ensure manufacturing readiness and operational efficiency.
• Define and design factory layouts with optimized workflows for scalable production and logistics.
• Govern the transfer and implementation of industrial knowledge and standards across the operations ecosystem.
• Supervise process simulations for capacity analysis and layout design using specialized software tools.

Requirements

• Degree in Industrial Engineering or a related technical field.
• At least 5+ years of experience in process engineering, industrialization, and production environments.
• Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes and ToP frameworks.
• Demonstrated experience in industrial facility design and plant layout optimization.
• Proficiency in CAD systems and process simulation tools.
