TL;DR

What you will do

  • Assess operational workflows using data analysis, process mapping, and stakeholder interviews to eliminate inefficiencies.
  • Develop and prioritize improvement initiatives with clear success metrics and projected impact on service delivery.
  • Design and implement scalable operational solutions to increase capacity without increasing manual headcount.
  • Partner with technical teams to deliver automation and AI-enabled workflows aligned with operational needs.
  • Evaluate emerging technologies and tools to deliver measurable business value and long-term effectiveness.
  • Establish operational standards and documentation, including playbooks and best practices.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information systems, engineering, business administration, or a related field.
  • 6–8 years of progressive experience in operational improvement and technology-enabled process design.
  • Experience working with automation tools, AI/ML capabilities, or system integrations in a business environment.
  • Must be based in or able to work from Lincoln, NE.
  • Proven ability to manage complex initiatives across multiple stakeholders and functions.

Nice to have

  • Advanced degree.
  • Experience in K–12 education technology, tuition management, or financial aid administration.
  • Background in software development, systems implementation, or technical product collaboration.
  • Knowledge of enterprise integration practices, API-based workflows, and data movement across systems.
