What you will do

• Manage daily store operations including opening, closing, and securing the facility.
• Drive revenue by meeting sales goals for rentals, protection plans, and merchandise.
• Oversee inventory management, including ordering, receiving, and pricing products.
• Provide a personalized customer experience to help clients find optimal storage solutions.
• Handle financial administrative tasks, such as processing payments and bank deposits.
• Maintain property standards through safety inspections, cleaning, and light maintenance.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver’s license and insurance with access to reliable transportation for travel between worksites.
• Ability to lift 30+ lbs and work outdoors in various weather conditions.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Basic to moderate proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
