What you will do

  • Lead and oversee the entire Account Management and Client Success department, mentoring managers across multiple client pods.
  • Create frameworks, playbooks, and standards for client communication, retention, and strategic account growth.
  • Manage a portfolio of high-value Tier 1 accounts, handling senior-level escalations and renewal discussions.
  • Optimize internal workflows and SOPs to improve alignment between Account Management, Project Management, Paid Media, and Creative teams.
  • Monitor account health and economics, including CAC, MER, and LTV, to drive profitability and retention.
  • Guide integrated growth strategies across Meta, Google, TikTok, email, influencer marketing, and CRO.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in account management, client success, or agency leadership roles.
  • Proven experience managing teams within a performance marketing or e-commerce agency.
  • Deep understanding of DTC e-commerce and performance channels (Meta, Google, TikTok, email, CRO).
  • Strong leadership, coaching, and team development experience.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to translate complex data into strategic recommendations.
  • Fluent English proficiency required.
