What you will do

• Lead the end-to-end proposal process, acting as the primary point of accountability for major bids.
• Review client documentation, define win plans, and manage commercial strategy development.
• Collaborate with estimating, operations, and sales teams to ensure accurate pricing and technical alignment.
• Manage risk reviews, project scheduling, and the development of high-impact submission documentation.
• Maintain CRM data in Salesforce and ensure all proposals meet internal governance requirements.
• Engage with clients throughout the bid lifecycle to address clarifications and secure work.

Requirements

• Proven experience in an operational delivery role (e.g., Project Manager, Site Manager) within engineering or similar industries.
• Strong background in managing complex proposals and multi-disciplinary teams.
• Experience with estimating, cost control, and contractual management.
• Ability to create and present high-impact documentation for professional communication.
• Must be eligible to work in the UK.
• Degree or HNC/HND level qualification preferred.
