Location: Preferred location is Nicosia, Cyprus; also open to candidates in the UK and Czech Republic. Relocation and immigration support available.

What you will do
- Lead the enterprise-wide transformation of outsourcing across production, player support, and corporate functions.
- Define and implement a target operating model covering governance, vendor segmentation, tooling, and global standards.
- Rationalize the global vendor portfolio and establish tiered vendor strategies and preferred partner frameworks.
- Standardize processes and integrate outsourcing into internal workflows across the organization.
- Implement consistent KPIs and SLAs to measure cost, delivery timelines, quality, and CSAT.
- Partner with the Group COO and senior leadership to drive strategic alignment and organizational change.
Requirements
- Extensive experience in outsourcing and vendor management across multiple domains (gaming, technology, BPO, shared services).
- Proven track record of leading large-scale enterprise outsourcing transformations and operating model redesigns.
- Experience across both product-facing (development, QA, player support) and corporate functions (Finance, HR, IT).
- Demonstrated success in building and scaling Centres of Excellence (CoE).
- Strong leadership presence with experience influencing C-level stakeholders in a matrixed environment.
- Deep commercial expertise in complex vendor negotiations and cost optimization strategies.
Nice to have
- Strong understanding of AAA production pipelines and live service operations.
- Experience managing global 24/7 multilingual player support/BPO environments.
- Established network of vendors across development, BPO, and corporate service providers.
- Experience driving organizational change and adoption at scale.
