Location: Must be based in or able to commute to the office in Fulwood, Preston. This is an onsite role with a rolling rota up to 11:00 PM.

What you will do
- Lead, mentor, and train a team of 12–16 claim handlers to meet productivity and quality targets.
- Oversee the end-to-end processing of insurance and emergency claims, including high-value approvals.
- Analyze claims data to generate performance reports and recommend process improvements.
- Implement quality assurance audits and listen to calls to identify and resolve customer experience blockers.
- Resolve escalated customer complaints and develop strategies to enhance service standards.
- Ensure team compliance with insurance laws, regulations, and internal company policies.
Requirements
- Must be based in or able to commute to Fulwood, Preston.
- Must be available to work a rolling rota up to 11:00 PM.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a supervisory or management role within insurance claims.
- Strong knowledge of insurance products, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
- Proven ability to lead, motivate, and build high-performing teams.
- Proficiency in claims processing software and Microsoft Office Suite.
