What you will do

• Lead day-to-day operational performance of Orb locations in Birmingham, ensuring compliance and high-quality user experience.
• Coordinate site launches and expansion, managing installations and ramping locations to stable operation.
• Onboard, train, and support a network of Operators and site staff to maintain consistent standards.
• Collaborate with Logistics and Central Operations for timely delivery, maintenance, and issue resolution.
• Analyze data and field insights to monitor performance and improve metrics like uptime and site readiness.
• Identify and proactively mitigate operational risks, including downtime and compliance gaps.

Requirements

• 3–6 years of experience in operations, field operations, or site-based environments (ideally in tech, logistics, or micro-mobility).
• Proven experience managing consistent execution and performance across multiple physical sites.
• Must be based in or near Birmingham with willingness to travel frequently across the region.
• Strong communication skills for relationship-building with Operators, store staff, and external partners.
• Ability to troubleshoot and solve complex operational problems in real-time within hands-on environments.
• Detail-oriented approach to operational quality, safety, and compliance.
