Compensation: $160,000–$215,000 OTE + Equity

What you will do

• Partner with Fortune 500 customers to drive product adoption, usage, and value realization.
• Guide customers on feature implementation, including prompt design, workflow setup, and rule configuration.
• Consult with executives and technical teams to translate business goals into AI-driven solutions.
• Identify opportunities to improve performance and expand use cases using data-driven insights.
• Manage overall account health, including renewals and periodic business reviews.

Requirements

• 2–7+ years of experience in management consulting or customer-facing strategy and execution roles.
• Ability to break down ambiguous problems into structured frameworks and solutions.
• Comfortable working in technical environments including SaaS configuration and AI tool usage.
• Strong executive communication and stakeholder influence skills.
• Must be based in the United States.
• Willingness to travel (~25%) and work across time zones.
