What you will do

• Collaborate with CEOs and functional leaders across portfolio companies to implement the Banyan Operating System.
• Lead high-impact projects across sales, marketing, AI, and product as the right-hand to an Operating Partner.
• Assist in integration planning and onboarding for newly acquired businesses.
• Support leadership with critical initiatives, cross-company collaboration, and key decision-making.
• Participate in a 2-year Executive Leadership Program to prepare for future C-suite or CEO positions.

Requirements

• Top MBA degree holder.
• Prior experience in management consulting, private equity, investment banking, or operational leadership.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to synthesize complex information and drive data-informed decisions.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to influence and collaborate effectively at all levels.
• Proven track record of leading projects and delivering results in a fast-paced environment.
• Must be based in Germany.

Nice to have

• Commercial GTM experience.
• Experience in the software industry and understanding of SaaS business dynamics.
