What you will do

• Lead, coach, and develop a team of Project Managers and Technical Project Managers.
• Secure successful execution of contracts and projects, focusing on delivery, quality, and profitability.
• Collaborate closely with platform integrators, customers, and key stakeholders throughout the product lifecycle.
• Drive business development and marketing activities for add-on sales in alignment with the central organization.
• Contribute to product offer development and cost estimation processes.
• Oversee governance, risk management, and stakeholder alignment across multiple critical programs.

Requirements

• Proven experience in project, program, or portfolio management within advanced technology environments.
• Leadership experience with a track record of developing high-performing teams.
• Strong understanding of commercial drivers, contracts, and customer relationship management.
• Solid business acumen, including expertise in cost control and margin management.
• Ability to pass a security vetting according to security protection regulations.
• Relevant academic degree or equivalent professional experience.
