What you will do

• Manage CRM and orders forecasting tools to track and analyze business growth.
• Collaborate with Finance on quarterly performance reporting and maintain critical metrics like win/loss rates.
• Develop content for monthly leadership reviews and oversee the new business process for timely approvals.
• Coordinate team cadences, including weekly staff meetings, pipeline reviews, and quarterly reviews.
• Centrally track business development engagements, customer visits, conferences, and industry association plans.
• Manage new business and overhead budgets to enhance team efficiency and effectiveness.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent work experience.
• 5+ years of related experience with increasing responsibilities in project management.
• Location: Must be based in Arlington, VA.
• Solid understanding of project management methodologies and processes.
• Ability to integrate internal efforts and coordinate cross-functional teams.
• Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.

Nice to have

• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.
• Extensive experience with Microsoft Project, Asana, or Trello.
