TL;DR

Location: Hybrid in Stockholm, Sweden (at least 3 days a week in-office)

What you will do
- Lead global, cross-functional teams to deliver scoped technology solutions on time and within budget.
- Own the end-to-end project lifecycle from initiation and planning through to client acceptance.
- Manage stakeholders and steering committees, providing clear status, risk, and quality updates.
- Develop and manage budgets, forecasts, change controls, and commercial reporting.
- Identify, assess, and mitigate delivery risks while removing roadblocks for the team.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- 12+ years of total experience, with 5+ years specifically in technology/project management for complex systems in international environments.
- Proven track record of leading large, multi-stakeholder deliveries end-to-end to customer acceptance.
- Strong client engagement and communication skills for matrixed, cross-time-zone settings.
- Solid understanding of the software development lifecycle (SDLC) and familiarity with financial technology.
Nice to have
- PMP, Prince2, or Agile certification.
- Experience in capital markets, fintech, or other regulated industries.
- Exposure to global teams and cultural nuances, with readiness for occasional client travel.
