What you will do

• Lead and coordinate cross-functional projects across Production, Engineering, Supply Chain, and Operations.
• Ensure clear project planning, tracking, and execution in a fast-scaling manufacturing environment.
• Maintain transparency on project progress, risks, and dependencies through structured reporting.
• Support leadership in operational execution and implementation of strategic initiatives.
• Establish and maintain scalable project management frameworks and documentation standards.
• Facilitate effective communication between stakeholders, technical teams, and leadership.

Requirements

• 5–8 years of experience in project management or operations.
• Proven track record of delivering cross-functional projects in complex environments.
• Must be able to work on-site in Wessling, Germany.
• Professional communication skills in English or German.
• Ability to operate effectively in fast-paced, high-growth settings.
• Strong stakeholder management skills and high level of ownership.

Nice to have

• Experience in manufacturing, hardware, aerospace, or defense environments.
• Ukrainian language proficiency.
