What you will do

• Represent Sales and Service organizations in product and service development projects.
• Lead cross-functional teams to ensure organizational readiness for market entry.
• Manage geographical market expansion projects from initiation to launch.
• Act as the single point of coordination for progress tracking and risk escalation.
• Facilitate deliveries including use cases, personas, and resource plans.
• Provide governance and decision support to leadership.

Requirements

• Must be based in or able to work on-site in Göteborg, Sweden.
• Proven experience in project management within a commercial organization.
• Experience with BESS or energy infrastructure solutions.
• Ability to motivate and lead cross-functional teams in international environments.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Minimum of 5 years of relevant professional experience.
