What you will do
- Convert active trial users into paying customers through tailored consultations and needs assessments.
- Manage high-volume outbound touchpoints (approx. 50 per day) via phone and email.
- Educate customers on platform navigation and resolve technical issues to ensure smooth onboarding.
- Develop email templates and help center articles to optimize internal sales processes.
- Take full ownership of revenue targets, including MRR and trial-to-paying conversion rates.
Requirements
- Fluent English proficiency (required).
- Must be based in Berlin (hybrid role).
- At least 2+ years of experience in B2B SaaS sales, customer operations, or customer-facing roles.
- Tech-savvy mindset with experience using CRM systems (ideally Pipedrive) and telephony apps (Aircall).
- Proven ability in consultative selling with a focus on customer happiness and revenue metrics.
Nice to have
- Professional proficiency in a second European language (e.g., Portuguese, German, Spanish, French, Italian, Dutch, Croatian, or Greek).
