A fast-growing SaaS startup empowering vacation rental hosts to manage their properties efficiently as part of the HomeToGo Group.

What you will do

  • Convert active trial users into paying customers through tailored consultations and needs assessments.
  • Manage high-volume outbound touchpoints (approx. 50 per day) via phone and email.
  • Educate customers on platform navigation and resolve technical issues to ensure smooth onboarding.
  • Develop email templates and help center articles to optimize internal sales processes.
  • Take full ownership of revenue targets, including MRR and trial-to-paying conversion rates.

Requirements

  • Fluent English proficiency (required).
  • Must be based in Berlin (hybrid role).
  • At least 2+ years of experience in B2B SaaS sales, customer operations, or customer-facing roles.
  • Tech-savvy mindset with experience using CRM systems (ideally Pipedrive) and telephony apps (Aircall).
  • Proven ability in consultative selling with a focus on customer happiness and revenue metrics.

Nice to have

  • Professional proficiency in a second European language (e.g., Portuguese, German, Spanish, French, Italian, Dutch, Croatian, or Greek).
