TL;DR

Junior Compliance Specialist (iGaming): Supporting the onboarding of B2B clients and ensuring adherence to industry compliance standards with an accent on KYC and CDD reviews. Focus on performing PEP, sanctions, and adverse media screening, maintaining detailed client profiles, and managing onboarding workflows.

Location: Latvia (Full support for remote talent across the globe)

What you will do

  • Assist with KYC/CDD onboarding reviews to ensure compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements.
  • Prepare and maintain detailed client profiles, accurately recording due diligence information.
  • Conduct research using public databases to verify corporate and individual data.
  • Perform PEP, Sanctions, and Adverse Media screening and document results.
  • Participate in periodic KYC/CDD reviews to ensure up-to-date record keeping.
  • Proactively escalate risk concerns or red flags to the Compliance Specialist for enhanced reviews.

Requirements

  • 0-1 year of experience in a KYC, AML, or similar role.
  • Strong research, analytical, and organizational skills.
  • Fluency in English (both written and spoken) is essential.
  • High attention to detail and a proactive, ethical attitude.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for internal collaboration.

Nice to have

  • Proficiency in Spanish and/or Portuguese.
  • Previous experience in the iGaming industry.
