What you will do

• Process weekly, fortnightly, and monthly Australian payrolls accurately and timely.
• Manage payroll data, including employee changes, benefits, deductions, and terminations.
• Oversee time and attendance processes for hourly and operational employees using systems like Kronos.
• Interpret payroll data in accordance with Australian awards, agreements, and legislation.
• Perform payroll reconciliations, reporting, and audit-related activities.
• Support payroll process improvements and implement automation initiatives.

Requirements

• Must hold full, unrestricted Australian working rights and be based in Australia.
• 3 to 5+ years of professional Australian payroll experience.
• Proficiency in ADP or similar payroll systems.
• Experience with time and attendance systems (e.g., Kronos).
• Strong knowledge of Australian payroll legislation, tax, and superannuation.
• Advanced Excel skills for managing payroll data.
