Location: Must be based in the Netherlands (Remote or Hybrid with Amsterdam office available). Occasional travel to Hamburg, Germany is required.

What you will do

• Develop and execute the brand and marketing strategy for the Dutch and Belgian markets, aligning global direction with local insights.
• Plan and lead 360° integrated campaigns across all relevant marketing channels.
• Define the local product portfolio focus based on market needs and opportunities.
• Manage external agencies to ensure high-quality and timely campaign execution.
• Track brand metrics (awareness, equity, engagement) and campaign performance for continuous improvement.
• Lead retail media and shopper marketing initiatives with key retailers to ensure strong online and in-store presence.

Requirements

• 4–6 years of experience as a Brand or Marketing Manager in FMCG, managing portfolios with 50m+ revenue.
• Expertise in brand building and integrated campaigns within the Dutch and Belgian markets.
• Hands-on experience in D2C environments, social media (Meta, TikTok), and shopper marketing.
• Fluent in English and Dutch (both written and spoken).
• Strong project management and cross-functional collaboration skills.
